How Seeded Dungeon Works

It's a daily roguelike, procedurally slopped from today's calendar date. A little PRNG (mulberry32, if you must know) takes the date and emits the exact same dungeon for every player. Same rooms, same monsters, same loot. Blame the seed, not the loot.

  1. Move one tile per turn with arrows / WASD, swipe, or the on-screen d-pad
  2. Bump into a foe to attack it — then it hits back. Turn-based, so think first
  3. Grab gold ($), patches (hearts heal), and fine-tunes (swords boost attack)
  4. Find the glowing stairs and descend. Each floor is deeper, meaner, and scored higher

Scoring & Streaks

Score is floor × 100 + gold + kills × 15. It's permadeath — one HP bar, no checkpoints, no appeals. We track your best on today's seed and a play streak across consecutive days. Re-run the same seed as many times as you like to climb the local leaderboard living in your browser.

Slop Fact: "Procedurally generated from the date" is just a deterministic hash wearing a wizard hat. The monsters aren't random; they were always going to be there. Free will is a rounding error in the latent space.
